How to prepare for interview?

This is a really interesting question. I'm going to try to answer it based on my own experiences.

First, I'd like to point out that I've been interviewing since I was 15 years old (almost 20 now). So, I've interviewed hundreds of people over the course of my career.

Second, I'll give you a few tips that I've learned along the way.

 1) Be prepared.

If you're not prepared, you won't stand out. And if you don't stand out, you won't get hired.

So, before you even walk into the office, prepare yourself. Think about what questions you might be asked. What would you like to talk about? How can you help them solve their problems?

 2) Dress appropriately.

Dress professionally. Wear clothes that look clean and neat. Avoid wearing anything that's wrinkled or stained. Also, avoid wearing anything that's too tight or too baggy.

 3) Smile.

Smiling is contagious. People love to smile. So, if you smile, you'll probably get a lot more attention than you would if you were frowning.

 4) Have confidence.
